Senior IPS officers get new responsibilities in Punjab

Arpit Shukla has been appointed as ADGP Law and Order in Punjab, while Shiv Kumar Verma takes over as IGP, Law and Order and Kaustubh Sharma was made IG, Human Rights and given additional charge of Commissioner, Ludhiana. Besides, Ishwar Singh was posted as ADGP, HRD and Welfare; Shashi Prabha Dwivedi as ADGP, Railway and Praveen Sinha as ADGP, Cyber Crime.
