Seniormost serving ICS officer V M M Nair celebrates his 101st birth day today

India’s most senior living administrator, Vallilath Madhathil Madhavan Nair, who joined Indian Civil Service (ICS) in 1942 and retired in 1977, will be celebrating his 101st birthday on October 8, 2020. Nair is the sole surviving officer of the Indian Civil Service (ICS), as well as that of the Indian Political Service. Nair settled in Delhi after retirement with family members.
