Accordingly, services of Mrs Neelam Meena, PS, Consumer Affairs, and Tanmoy Chakraborty, Director, ESI Scheme, Labour Department, are placed at the disposal of Observer Cell and Web Casting Cell respectively, while the services of Sharad Kumar Dwivedi, Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, will be at the disposal of MCC Cell and Complain Monitoring Cell, which are constituted in connection with the General Election to the West Bengal Legislative Assembly.
