Seven Directors depart from Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd

IAS officers Alok Sharma, Manjit Singh Brar and Sibin C – who were serving in the capacity of Chairman, Managing Director and Director respectively of Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals Limited (PACL) – have ceased to be Nominee Directors following the withdrawal of their nomination by Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Limited. Meanwhile, Dr. AK Kundra, IAS (Retd.), DC Mehandru, GS Sandhu, lAS (Retd.) and JS Mann have resigned from the post of Independent Directors of PACL.
