Seven Directors reappointed in Kwality Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Seven Directors – including Managing Director Ramesh Arora – were re-inducted in Kwality Pharmaceuticals Limited. Besides him, Ajay Kumar Arora, Mrs. Geeta Arora and Mrs. Anju Arora have been reinducted as Whole Time Directors, while Pankaj Takkar, Ravi Shanker Singh and Kiran Kumar Verma have been reappointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors. In addition, Kartik Kapur has been appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent).
