Seven IAS officers get new postings in Tamil Nadu

Seven IAS officers have been given new postings in Tamil Nadu. Leela Alex has been appointed as Member Secretary, Chennai Rivers Restoration Trust (CRRT) and Managing Director, Chennai River Transformation Company Limited, while R Kannan has now been assigned fully as Secretary, Human Rights Commission and will continue as Vice Chairman and MD, Tamil Nadu Watershed Development Agency. Similarly, S P Amrith has been posted as Director, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services; S Kavitha as Joint Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation; C Muthukumar as Director, Disaster Management, Tamil Nadu State Disaster Risk Reduction Agency, Chennai; M Veerappan as Additional Registrar, Cooperative Societies and R Revathi will take over as Deputy Secretary, Higher Education Department.
