Seven IFS officers of Joint AGMUT cadre promoted

As many as eight IFS officers of Joint AGMUT cadre have been promoted. Rama Shankar Sinha, currently posted in Mizoram, is promoted as APCCF; Krishna Bahadur Singh, currently posted in Arunachal Pradesh, is promoted as APCCF; Umakant, currently on deputation, has been given proforma promotion as APCCF; Prabhat Tyagi on study leave was given proforma promotion as APCCF, while P Ringu and Saurabh Kumar, currently posted in Arunachal Pradesh and Goa respectively, were promoted as CCF. Besides, one officer has been shifted after promotion. K Ravichandran has been promoted as APCCF and shifted to A&N Islands.
