Seven IPS officers get new postings in Punjab

Seven IPS officers have been shifted and handed over new responsibilities in Punjab. Naunihal Singh has been appointed Commissioner of Police (CP),  Jalandhar, while Arun Kumar Mittal takes charge as IGP, Roopnagar Range, Roopnagar and Dr Sukhchain Singh is now CP, Amritsar. Besides, Dr Nanak Singh will be posted as SSP, Gurdaspur; Alka Meena as SSP, Barnala; Narinder Bhargav as SSP, Ferozpur and Harmandeep Singh Hans is now Commandant, 3rd IRB, Ludhiana.
