Seven ISS officers transferred after promotion to HAG

As many as seven officers of Indian Statistical Service (ISS) have been transferred and posted to different places after promotion to the Higher Administrative Grade (HAG). Accordingly, Rajiv Sharma has been appointed as ADG, Rural Development while Tarun Kanti Basu was made ADG, Coordination division and B N Tiwari is ADG, SSD, CSO, MoSPI, New Delhi. Similarly, Tapas Kumar Sanyal has been appointed s ADG, SDRD, NSSO, Kolkata; Harbinder Singh as ADG, FOD, NSSO, Zonal Office, Guwahati; Panchanan Dash as ADG, Data Storage and Dissemination Division and Surender Mohan Mahajan was made ADG, Water Resources, River Development and Ganga, Rejuvenation, New Delhi.
