Seven officers confirmed in IAS in Bihar
As many as seven members of the Indian Administrative Service of 2018 batch have been confirmed into IAS with effect from August 2020 and allocated Bihar cadre. The officers are: Ashutosh Dwivedi, Vaibhav Srivastava, Vinod Duhan, Shekhar Anand, Ms Sahila, Nikhil Dhanraj Nippanikar and Nitin Kumar Si
