Shalini Darbari joins as Chief Vigilance Officer, NBCC

Mrs Shalini Darbari has taken over the charge as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of NBCC (India) Limited. She is a 1990 batch officer of Indian Railways Accounts Service (IRAS).
