Sharma appointed GOI Representative for J&K

Former Director IB Dineshwar Sharma has been appointed GOI Representative for J & K for sustained dialogue with Kashmiri people, organisations and others. He will be given Cabinet Secretary facilities. Former Chief of IB is a 1979 batch IPS officer of Kerala cadre.
