Shashi Ranjan Kumar Vidyarthi returns to parent cadre

Shashi Ranjan Kumar Vidyarthi, Director in the Ministry of Ayush, has been given premature repatriation to his parent cadre to avail the benefit of promotion. He is a 2002 batch IOFS officer.
