Shekhar Bajaj appointed Chairman, Bajaj Holding & Investment Ltd.

Shekhar Bajaj has been appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive) and Chairman of Bajaj Holding & Investment Limited with effect from May 1, 2021. He succeeds Niraj Bajaj, who relinquishes the post of Chairman with effect from April 30, 2021. However, he has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the company. Besides, Dr. Omkar Goswami has been appointed as Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director of the company.
