Shiv Ram appointed PCEE (Const.), Central Railway

Shiv Ram, who is presently posted in Central Railway (CR), has been appointed as Principal Chief Electrical Engineer (Construction) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
