Shobhit Bhatnagar, Principal Chief Operations Manager (PCOM), North Central Railway (NCR), has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Director (Operations & Business Development), Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd. (DFCCIL) with effect from January 1, 2024. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
