Shubhranshu to be new PCME, ECR

The order transferring Shubhranshu - who is currently posted as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Rail Wheel Plant (RWP), Bela – and posting him as Chief Mechanical Engineer (CME) (PLG) in East Central Railway (ECR) has been modified. He will now be posted as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME) (PLG) (PHOD) in ECR. He is a higher administrative grade officer (HAG) in the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineer (IRSME).
