It was Sikkim Chief Secretary S C Gupta, not any GoI official or even Delhi Official, who drew attention of the Delhi Chief Secretary Vijay Dev regarding an advertisement by Delhi Govt for enrolment of volunteers for Civil Defence Corps where Sikkim had been clubbed with Bhutan and Nepal
It was Sikkim Chief Secretary S C Gupta, not any GoI official or even Delhi Official, who drew attention of the Delhi Chief Secretary Vijay Dev regarding an advertisement by Delhi Govt for enrolment of volunteers for Civil Defence Corps where Sikkim had been clubbed with Bhutan and Nepal as a separate country. Now a senior Delhi Government has been suspended.
