Singh is PS to Communication minister
Abhay Kumar Singh will continue as the PS of newly appointed Communication Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw. He is a 2004 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer. He was earlier in the same capacity when Ravi Shankar Prasad was the Communication minister.
