Six IAS officers get new assignments in Punjab

Six IAS officers have been given new assignments in Punjab. Vishesh Sarangal has been appointed as Special Secretary and Director, Department of Good Governance and Information and Technology and CEO, Punjab State e-Governance Society, while Mrs Sakshi Sahni will be posted as Chief Administrator, Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA), SAS Nagar and Aditya Uppal takes over as Deputy Commissioner (DC), Gurdaspur. Similarly, Palvi joins as DC, Pathankot and will also hold the charge of Commissioner, Pathankot Municipal Corporation; Dalwinderjit Singh was made DC of Amritsar and Harpreet Singh was appointed as Additional Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation Department, and HoD, Water Supply and Sanitation and in addition Additional Secretary, Power and Additional Secretary, New & Energy Sources.
