Six IAS officers get new responsibilities in Bihar

Six IAS officers have been given new responsibilities in Bihar. Rajiv Roshan has been appointed as Secretary, Higher Education Department, while Himanshu Kumar Rai will join as Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, with additional charge of Tirhut and Saran divisions. Similarly, Avnish Kumar Singh Commissioner, Munger Division, will also hold charge of Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division; Kaushal Kishore joins as Secretary, Youth, Employment and Skill Development; Nilesh Ramchandra Deore as Special Secretary, Civil Aviation, Patna and will continue to hold additional charge of MD, Bihar Medical Services and Ajay Yadav, Secretary, De-addiction, Excise and Registration, has been relieved of the additional charge of all posts under Education Department.
