Six IAS officers get new responsibilities in HP

Six IAS officers in Himachal Pradesh have been handed over new responsibilities. Ms Rakhi Khalon has been appointed as Divisional Commissioner, Mandi, while Gopal Chand was made Director (Personnel & Finance), HP State Electricity Board, Shimla and Ms Rupali Thakur is posted as Director, Women & Child Development. Similarly, Ms Rima Kashyap will take over as Special Secretary, Tourism & Civil Aviation; Ms Kiran Bhadana as Special Secretary, MPP & Power and NCES and Manmohan Sharma was posted as Director, Urban Development and CEO-cum-Managing Director, Shimla Smart City Ltd, with additional charge of MD, Shimla Jal Prabandhan Nigam Ltd.
