The Punjab Government has shifted six IAS officers and given them new postings. Malwinder Singh Jaggi has been appointed as Director and ex-officio Secretary, Social  Justice, Empowerment & Minorities, while Mohammad Tayyab, CEO, Punjab Waqf Board, Chandigarh and Director, Treasury & Accounts and Special Secretary, Expenditure (Finance) and Special Secretary, Vigilance, has been assigned additional charge of MD, Punjab Infrastructure Development Board. Similarly, Bhupinder Singh, MD, Punjab State Warehousing Corporation was assigned additional charge of posts of ED, Punjab State Scheduled Castes Land Development & Finance Corporation and ED, BACKFINO; Mrs Surabhi Malik was posted as Special Secretary, Local Government and given additional charge of MD-cum-CEO, Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Company and CEO State Health Agency, Punjab; Bhupinder Singh-II as MD, Punjab Health System Corporation and Jaspreet Singh was appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development), Jalandhar with additional charge of Registrar, IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar.
