Six Indian Information Service officers get new responsibilities

Six officers of Indian Information Service (IIS) have been given new responsibilities. Accordingly, Shambhu Nath Chaudhary has been transferred from Delhi to PIB, Kolkata as ADG, while Ms Kanchan Prasad was shifted as DG DD hq, New Delhi and Ms Pragya Paliwal Gaur is transferred to Mumbai and posted as DG, PIB. Similarly, K Satish Namnudiripad has been appointed as DG, PIB in Guwahati; Rajiv Kumar Jain is DG, PIB, Delhi and Ms Mausumi Chakraborty was appointed as OSD in the AIR News Delhi.
