Six IRSE officers appointed in HA grade

Some of the IRSE officers have been appointed in HA grade and posted. Accordingly, K V S Prasad has been posted as PCE, SCR; Surinder Kumar has been transferred as PCE, South East Central Railway; K C Sainsi is tansferred as PCE, East Central Railway; O P Singh as PCE, North Central Railway; M K Gupta as PCE, North Western Railway and S K Tiwari has been transferred as PCE, Central Railway.
