Six senior IPS officers shifted in UP

As many as six IPS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Uttar Pradesh. Accordingly, Anand Kumar has been appointed as DGP, Jail Administration and Reforms Services while P V Ramashastri was made ADG, Law & Order, Lucknow and Brij Bhushan is Additional DGP, Varanasi zone. Similarly, Dipesh Juneja has been appointed as ADG, Security; Vijay Kumar as ADG, Police Recruitment and Promotional Board, Lucknow and Chandra Prakash-I is ADG, Rules and Manuals.
