After SC nod, six IRS officer posted in ED in various capacities will be relieved this month. According to information deputation tenure of these officers is over. Since they were supervising the Coal scam probe, permission of SC was mandatory. The officers in question are - D R Gupta - Spl Director, Sanjay Lawania - JD, Neeraj Gupta - JD, Vikas Singh - JD, Vishal Sana - JD and Umesh Gautam - JD. SC will hear next hearing in December this year.
