SK Singh appointed CAO(C), RSP, ECR

Surendra Kumar Singh, who is presently posted in East Central Railway (ECR), has been appointed as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction), RSP, in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
