Former Secretary in the GoI, Snehlata Kumar has been nominated Member of the re-constituted Governing Council of National Foundation of Communal Harmony. She is former 1979 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre. Home Minister Rajnath Singh  is the Chairman of this body.
