Social media code for Gujarat Policemen

Shivanand Jha, DGP of Gujarat, has issued the first-ever code of conduct for use of social media by police personnel. Police personnel and officers in Gujarat have been directed not to express their political views or be part of any anti-government drive on the internet. Police personnel participating in such campaigns will have to face action.
