Some existing posts from ITD, CBDT to be diverted to Adjudicating Authority

Some of the existing posts from Income Tax Department and Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) at the same level or rank will be diverted to provide the officers and employees to Adjudicating Authority, Benches of the Adjudicating Authority and Appellate Tribunal.
