Sonali Singh to function as head of Organization of CGA

Mrs Sonali Singh, Additional Controller General of Accounts (ACGA) will function as head of the Organization of Controller General of Accounts (CGA) in the same capacity as ACGA. She is a 1987 batch ICAS officer.
