Soumitra Majumdar given addl. powers of GM, South Eastern Railway

Soumitra Majumdar, who is presently working as Additional General Manager (AGM), South Eastern Railway (SER), has been delegated the administrative and financial powers of the post of General Manager, South Eastern Railway. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
