SP Yadav posted as PCE, MCF

Satya Prakash Yadav, who is presently working as Chief Engineer (CE) in Modern Coach Factory (MCF), has been posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE) (CHOD) in the MCF itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
