According to Notification the action against Pranav Kumar and Smt Kaveri Jeswal have been taken by exercising the power conferred by clause(j) of Rule 56 of FR with Rule 9 of the Lok Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules 1955.
