Syed Sarfaraj Ahmad, who is presently serving as Deputy Inspector General-cum-Chief Security Commissioner (DIG-cum-CSC) on South Western Railway (SWR), has been transferred to Northern Railway (NR) and posted as DIG-cum-CSC. He is an Indian Railway Protection Force Service (IRPFS) officer.
