States/UT can\'t dilute MHA guidelines

The Home Secretary has written a letter to all CS of States/UTs regarding Unlock-5. He has reiterated that states/UTs can not dilute the aforesaid guidelines issued by MHA. States/UTs will not impose any local lockdown, outside the containment zones, without prior consultation with the Central govt. HS has urged the Chief Secretaries to ensure compliance of the guidelines for re-opening and direct all concerned authorities.
