Still long way for Sr. Execs of merged banks to get adjusted in BoB

Merger between Bank of Baroda, Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank has taken place. But it’s still a long way before senior executives from merged banks get adjusted in BoB. There is an issue of ‘cultural fit’ as BoB work culture is different when compared to two merged banks.
