Sunil Kumar to hold addl. charge as DG (Telecom), DoT

Sunil Kumar, Advisor , West Bengal License Service Area (LSA), Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has been handed over additional charge as Director General (Telecom) in DoT HQ, New Delhi.
