Prakash who is a Cost Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, was General Manager (Finance) of BHEL Limited. He has rich and varied experience in Indirect Taxation, Tax Management, Tax Optimization, System Improvement, Role as core member in various key policies decision like policy formulation, formation of consortiums, technology collaborations, merger & acquisition, evaluation / appraisal of investment in JVs and Capex Investment, etc. He was Chairman, Noida Chapter of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India during 1999-2001 and 2009-2012.
