Swearing in likely on May 28

Buzz in the power galleries is that Narendra Modi and his council of ministers will take oath on May 28. Modi is going to Varanasi on May 28 and chances are that he would go after taking oath and likely to take part in Ganga Aarti there. Model Code of Conduct will be over on May 27.
