WAPCOS and NPCC have combined to derive synergy from their strengths of Engineering, Procurement and Construction to accelerate Water Resources, Power and Infrastructure projects in India and promote bilateral cooperation with other Countries under the guidance of Government of India. A Share Purchase Agreement for combination of WAPCOS and NPCC has been signed by WAPCOS with the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation. The purchase consideration amount was deposited by WAPCOS with the Government of India, recently. WAPCOS seeks support and cooperation of all stakeholders for the success of the combination.
