Tardy bureaucrats in Maharashtra may be penalized

According to a circular issued by the Maharashtra Government, bureaucrats coming late to the office for three or more days in a month will lose a day's casual leave, while turning up late to work for nine or more days may attract a daily deduction of earned leave.
