Tarun Agarwal is Chairman, Kuwer Industries

Tarun Agarwal has been appointed as Chairman of Kuwer Industries Limited. He has also been re-designated as Managing Director and CEO of the company. Meanwhile, Rahul Agrawal, Pranav Gupta and Mrs. Anjali Garg have been appointed as Independent Directors. Besides, Mrs. Usha Agarwal and Mrs. Megha Agarwal have been made Non-Executive Director and Whole-Time Director respectively. Meanwhile, Shailesh Gupta has tendered his resignation from the post of Director.
