Technical resignation accepted in December, order issued after one month
CBIC HQ seems to be very busy. They accepted the technical resignation of Manish Kumar Meena, Assistant Commissioner of Indirect Taxes & Customs [IRS (C&IT:2021) on December 5, 2025 but his Office Order was issued after more than one month i e on January 9, 2026.
