Tele-density stood by 86.57%y 86.57%

The overall tele-density at the end of April'20 stood at 86.57%. Among the Service areas, Himachal Pradesh (147.42%) had the highest tele-density followed by Punjab (126.27%), Kerala (125.98%), Tamil Nadu (107.03%) and Karnataka (104.02%). Among the three metros, Delhi Service Area topped in tele-density with 276.49%, followed by Mumbai (159.59%) and Kolkata (158.44%).
