Temporary suspension of Telecom Services Amendment Rules, 2020 notified

The Ministry of Telecom has issued the gazette notification for the Temporary Suspension of Telecom Services (Public Emergency or Public Safety) Rules, 2017, in rule 2, after sub-rule (2). It says that after amendments, the  e-suspension order issued by the competent authority under sub-rule (1) shall not be in operation for more than 15 days. Amended rules have come into force from November 10, 2020.
