Tension brewing between Executive and Judiciary?

‘Keeping names on hold is not acceptable’ this comment of the Supreme Court against the Government for  delaying the  appointment of Judges recommended by the Collegium is widely debated in the echelons of power. This comment of the SC has come after Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju’s alleged media comment  about collegium’s functioning  as ‘opaque’ ; he also advocated a system of judicial appointments where the government would have a bigger say. Now one can read between the lines.
