Tenure of Dr Nalin Shinghal as CMD, CEL ends in Feb

The tenure of Dr Nalin Shinghal, CMD, Central Electronics Limited (CEL) is coming to an end in February, 2019. Notably, Dr Shinghal has already been selected for the post of CMD, BHEL falling vacant on July 1 this year.
