Thakur assigned work of \'Policy & Law\' and \'NGO Cell\' in MoEF

The work of 'Policy & Law' and 'NGO Cell' has been assigned to C.S. Thakur, Under Secretary, Union Ministry of Environment , Forest and Climate Change  in addition to his existing responsibilities in the Ministry.
